赛事指南
一、参赛对象
聚焦做深做透创新发展“两篇大文章”，锚定“双挺进”、“双上游”目标，重点面向全球征集具身智能领域优质人才团队和项目资源。
二、参赛要求
1.参赛项目负责人具有硕士及以上学位，年龄不超过60周岁(1966年1月1日之后出生)，有海内外创业经历或在国内外知名企业担任管理类、技术类中高级领导职务，具有较强的经营管理能力；或在高校、科研院所担任相当于副教授及以上专业技术职务，在技术研发、科技成果转化方面有较高水平。
2.参赛项目具有自主知识产权、掌握关键核心技术，创业团队结构合理，拥有国际先进、国内领先技术成果，或者能够填补国内空白，产业化开发潜力大。
3.参赛项目依托企业成立3年以内(2023年1月1日以后成立)或尚未注册落户。已注册落户的，注册资金一般不低于200万元，申报人为主要创办人且为第一大股东或最大自然人股东，个人占股30%及以上(不含穿透股权，特定领域人才项目除外)，且本人投入企业的实缴资金100万元以上，且未在市外注册成立总部或研发性质的其他关联企业；获得两轮以上融资的人才企业，经评估后，可适当放宽人才本人占股比例。尚未注册落户的，应承诺落户后在注册资金、个人占股、实缴资金、关联企业等方面满足上述要求。
4.参赛项目负责人及其团队成员社会信誉良好、无不良记录，提供的资料真实、合法、有效，参赛项目符合国家法律法规和产业政策，无知识产权纠纷。
5.参赛项目负责人尚未来绍，或来绍时间不超过5年(2021年1月1日后来绍)。同一参赛项目和项目负责人只能申报第六届绍兴“万亩千亿”新产业平台高层次人才创业专项赛其中一个专项赛，不得重复报名参赛。一家企业只能有一个项目参赛。
三、参赛赛题
聚焦具身智能领域，细分具身智能本体、模型与算法、具身智能核心零部件等赛道。

五、赛事奖励
(一)奖项奖金
一等奖项目1个：奖金10万元
二等奖项目2个：奖金5万元
三等奖项目5个：奖金3万元
最终获奖数量根据比赛成绩、项目质量等实际情况综合研判确定。对于本次专项赛一、二、三等奖奖项奖金，到岗认定后予以拨付(个人所得税依照相关法律执行)，有效期2年。
(二)政策扶持
大赛一、二、三等奖项目落地上虞后，经实地核查，符合条件的可直接认定为绍兴“名士之乡”英才计划A类、B类、C类人才项目，分别给予500万元、300万元、200万元科创基金股权投资以及创业发展资助等一系列扶持政策，全职到岗的人才按照上虞人才政策规定享受房票补贴、安家补贴、医疗保健等相关政策。

EVENT GUIDE
Ⅰ.ELIGIBILITY
Focusing on thoroughly advancing the two major priorities of innovation-driven development and targeting the goals of “Two Forging Ahead” and “Two Upstream Advancement”, the competition solicits outstanding talent teams and high-quality projects in the embodied intelligence sector worldwide.
Ⅱ.REQUIREMENTS
1.The project lead applicant shall hold a master’s degree or above and be under 60 years old (born on or after January 1, 1966). Candidates shall either have entrepreneurial experience at home and abroad, hold mid-to-senior management or technical leadership positions in well-known domestic and overseas enterprises with strong operation and management capabilities; or hold academic titles equivalent to associate professor or above in universities and research institutes, with outstanding achievements in technology R&D and commercialization of scientific and technological outcomes.
2.The competing project shall own independent intellectual property rights and master core key technologies. The entrepreneurial team shall have a well-balanced structure, possess internationally advanced and domestically leading technical achievements or technologies that fill domestic gaps, with great potential for industrialization.
3.The enterprise supporting the competing project shall have been established for no more than three years (founded on or after January 1, 2023) or not yet registered and settled locally. For registered enterprises: The registered capital shall generally be no less than RMB 2 million. The applicant shall be the primary founder and the largest individual shareholder holding no less than 30% of equity (excluding pass-through equity, except for talent projects in specific sectors). The applicant shall have paid-in capital of over RMB 1 million into the enterprise, and shall not have registered headquarters or R&D-affiliated enterprises outside Shaoxing City. For talent enterprises that have secured two or more rounds of financing, the minimum personal equity ratio requirement may be moderately relaxed upon assessment. For unregistered projects, the applicant shall commit to meeting the above requirements on registered capital, personal equity share, paid-in capital and affiliated enterprises after local settlement.
4.The project lead and all team members shall enjoy sound social credit with no adverse records. All submitted materials shall be authentic, legal, and valid. The competing projects shall comply with national laws, regulations, and industrial policies and be free of intellectual property disputes.
5.The project lead has not yet come to Shaoxing, or has resided in Shaoxing for no more than 5 years (arrived on or after January 1, 2021). One project and its lead applicant may only apply for one special track of the 6th Shaoxing “Ten-Thousand-Mu Hundred-Billion-Yuan” New Industrial Platform High-Level Talents Entrepreneurship Competition; duplicate applications are prohibited. Each enterprise may submit only one project for participation.

Focused on embodied intelligence, with subdivided tracks including embodied intelligent robots, models and algorithms, and core components for embodied intelligence.

Ⅴ.COMPETITION PRIZES AND SUBSIDIES
1.Cash Prizes
First Prize Winner: 1 participant, ?100,000
Second Prize Winners: 2 participants, ?50,000 per person
Third Prize Winners: 5 participants, ?30,000 per person
The final number of award winners shall be comprehensively assessed and determined based on competition performance, project quality, and other actual conditions. Cash prizes for the first, second, and third prizes of this special competition will be disbursed upon completion of talent on-post verification. Personal income tax shall be levied in accordance with relevant laws, and the valid period for prize disbursement application is 2 years.
2.Policy Support
After the first, second, and third prize-winning projects settle in Shangyu and pass on-site verification, eligible ones can be directly accredited as Category A, B, and C talent projects under the Shaoxing “Hometown of Celebrities” Talent Program. Corresponding equity investments from science and innovation funds of RMB 5 million, RMB 3 million, and RMB 2 million, as well as a full range of supporting policies including entrepreneurship development subsidies will be granted respectively. Full-time recruited talents are entitled to relevant benefits such as housing voucher subsidies, settlement allowances and medical care services in accordance with Shangyu’s talent policies.
