赛事指南
一、参赛对象
主要面向全球高校科研团队、企业及社会创新主体，聚焦航空航天科技领域，鼓励具有产业转化前景的创新性、技术突破性项目和人才团队参与。
二、参赛要求
1.符合国家法律法规和国家产业政策；
2.参赛项目须为尚未在浙江省内注册落地或设立分支机构的创新项目；
3.参赛项目需具有创新能力和高成长潜力，主要从事航空航天领域内的高新技术产品的研发、制造、服务等业务，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益潜力；
4.参赛项目涉及的产品、技术及相关专利归属参赛团队或企业，与其他任何单位或个人无产权纠纷，不得侵犯他人知识产权；所涉及的发明创造、专利技术、资源等必须拥有清晰合法的知识产权或物权；抄袭、盗用、提供虚假材料或违反相关法律法规一经发现即刻丧失参赛相关权利并自负一切法律责任；
5.如以项目形式参赛的，参赛申报人须为参赛项目主要负责人；如以企业形式参赛的，参赛申报人须为企业第一大股东或最大自然人股东。
三、参赛赛题
本赛题聚焦航空航天领域，重点征集以下方向的创新项目：
1.航空飞行器整机和反制：物流无人机、警用无人机、中大型工业级无人机、大载荷物流无人机、轻型运动类飞机、载人eVTOL、低空雷达组件、光电红外探测、导航诱骗模块、单兵便携侦测设备等；
2.航空飞行器配套零部件：航空发动机及三电系统、机载系统、机身结构件、新材料、电子元器件等；
3.专业检测测试服务：复合材料结构检测、机电性能检测、电磁性能检测、高低温真空试验、飞行器可靠性检测、真空热试验、力学振动测试等。
4.航空运营服务：飞行培训、低空起降点建设、航空器维修维保、航空适航认证、各类场景应用包含航空物流、空中文旅等；
5.卫星整星制造:结构分系统、电源分系统、姿轨控分系统、热控分系统、星务综合电子分系统、通信载荷、遥感载荷、导航载荷等；
6、卫星地面基础设施：测控天线站、全球测控站点、测运控一体化平台、信关站、用户终端地面设备、地面数据处理中心、分布式地面接收网点等；
7.卫星应用服务：卫星宽带互联网、卫星窄带物联网、应急通信保障、专网安全通信、农业农村遥感、生态环境监测、海洋海事、空天地一体化低空管控、城市空间治理平台、气象+ 灾害一体化预警服务、卫星测运控服务、卫星数据处理加工等；
8.火箭总装：液体运载火箭、固体运载火箭、可回收复用商业火箭等；
9.火箭动力配套：液体/固体火箭发动机、氢氧发动机、推进剂储箱等；
10.箭体配套：轻量化箭体结构、分离机构、测控配套单机等；
11.发射服务：商业发射、专属发射工位、海上发射配套等。

五、赛事奖励
设置一等奖项目1个、二等奖项目2个、三等奖项目3个、优胜奖项目5个，一等奖、二等奖、三等奖项目可分别获得10万元、8万元、5万元大赛奖金，奖金于项目获奖后兑现20%，项目落地并完成立项后兑现80%。
决赛参赛配套支持
晋级决赛项目可申请往返交通报销，组委会提供决赛期间免费食宿。

The 2nd Global Technology Innovation Competition — Special Competition on Aerospace & Global Talent Recruitment Competition of Taizhou No.1 Innovation Avenue, Taizhou Bay New Area (Taizhou High-Tech Zone)
EVENT GUIDE
Ⅰ.ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to university research teams, enterprises and independent innovation organizations worldwide. Focusing on aerospace technologies, it welcomes innovative and technologically advanced projects and talent teams with strong potential for industrial commercialization.
Ⅱ.REQUIREMENTS
1.The project shall comply with national laws, regulations and industrial policies of China.
2.No proposed project shall have been registered, launched, or have a branch set up in Zhejiang Province.
3.The project shall demonstrate innovation capabilities and high growth potential, and primarily engage in the R&D, manufacturing and service of high?tech aerospace products, with promising economic and social benefits.
4.All products, technologies, and relevant patents involved in the project shall be legally owned by the participating team or enterprise, free of any ownership or intellectual property disputes with any other entity or individual, and shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. All inventions, patented technologies, resources, and the like involved shall be backed by clear and lawful intellectual property rights or property rights. Any plagiarism, misappropriation, submission of false materials, or violation of applicable laws and regulations shall, upon discovery, lead to immediate disqualification, and the participant shall bear all corresponding legal liabilities.
5.For project-based entries, the applicant shall be the principal person responsible for the project; for enterprise-based entries, the applicant shall be the enterprise’s largest shareholder or largest individual shareholder.
Ⅲ.COMPETITION TRACKS
This track focuses on the aerospace sector and seeks innovative projects in the following areas:
1.Complete Aircraft & Countermeasures: logistics UAVs, police UAVs, medium-/large-sized industrial UAVs, heavy payload logistics UAVs, light-sport aircraft, manned eVTOLs, low altitude radar components, electro optical & infrared detection systems, navigation spoofing modules, man portable detection equipment, etc.
2.Aircraft Components and Parts: aero engines and three electric systems (electric propulsion, energy storage and control), airborne systems, airframe structural parts, advanced materials, electronic components, etc.
3.Professional Testing & Inspection Services: composite structure inspection, electromechanical performance testing, electromagnetic performance testing, high-/low temperature vacuum testing, aircraft reliability testing, thermal-vacuum testing, mechanical vibration testing, etc.
4.Aviation Operation Services: flight training, development of low-altitude takeoff and landing facilities, aircraft maintenance, airworthiness certification, and aircraft applications in various scenarios, including air cargo logistics and low-altitude cultural tourism.
5.Complete Satellite Manufacturing: structural subsystems, power subsystems, attitude and orbit control subsystems, thermal control subsystems, onboard data handling subsystems, communication payloads, remote sensing payloads, navigation payloads, etc.
6.Satellite Ground Infrastructure: TT&C antenna stations, global TT&C sites, integrated TT&C and operation platforms, gateway stations, ground user terminals, ground data processing centers, distributed ground station networks, etc.
7.Satellite Application Services: satellite broadband internet, satellite narrowband IoT, emergency communication support, secure private network communication, agricultural & rural remote sensing, ecological and environmental monitoring, maritime services, space air ground integrated low altitude traffic management, urban spatial governance platforms, integrated meteorological and disaster early-warning services, satellite TT&C and operation services, satellite data processing, etc.
8.Launch Vehicle Assembly and Integration: liquid-propellant launch vehicles, solid-propellant launch vehicles, reusable commercial launch vehicles, etc.
9.Rocket Propulsion Systems: liquid- and solid-propellant rocket engines, liquid hydrogen/liquid oxygen engines, propellant tanks, etc.
10.Launch Vehicle Structure Supporting Systems: lightweight launch vehicle structures, separation mechanisms, TT&C equipment, etc.
11.Launch Services: commercial launch services, dedicated launch pads, sea launch support facilities, etc.

Ⅴ.COMPETITION PRIZES AND SUBSIDIES
The competition will award 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, and 5 Merit Awards. Winners of First, Second, and Third Prizes will receive cash awards of CNY 100,000, CNY 80,000, and CNY 50,000, respectively. 20% of each award will be paid upon the project receiving the award, and the remaining 80% will be paid after the project is established locally and formally approved for implementation.
Support for Finalists
Finalist projects may apply for reimbursement of round?trip travel expenses. The Organizing Committee will provide free accommodation and meals during the finals.
