赛事指南
一、参赛对象
推动宁波(镇海)石墨烯未来产业先导区建设，助力宁波“361”万千亿产业集群发展，重点面向全球广泛招募在石墨烯产业链关键环节具有显著发展潜力的创业团队及创新个人项目。
二、参赛要求
1.参赛对象面向全国各地包括但不限于各高校、科研院所、本硕博团队、海归创业企业(团队)及其他创新创业个人或高技术企业(团队)，并有意在宁波镇海落地。
2.创业组要求企业落地，参赛人员需硕士及以上学历，有3年相关经验，年龄≤50岁；创新组为个人及团队(未完成工商等各类登记注册)，要求带头人博士研究生学历，3年相关经验，年龄≤55岁，项目需具有高科创性和强产业化潜力，有自主知识产权。
3.参赛项目应符合国家法律法规和国家产业政策，经营规范，社会信誉良好，无不良记录，无知识产权纠纷，在行业领域内具有科技创新性，商业模式合规合理，具备较好的产业化和市场化前景。
三、参赛赛题
本届大赛紧扣石墨烯及前沿碳材料领域，设置了“1+5”核心赛道，具体如下：
“1”个基础领域：石墨烯及前沿碳材料制备。
“5”大应用场景：新能源、电子信息、生命健康、低空经济、具身智能。

五、赛事奖励
参赛奖金
大赛设置一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名、优胜奖若干。一等奖奖金10万元人民币，二等奖奖金5万元，三等奖奖金1万元(奖金支付方式另行明确)。
政策等相关支持方面
政策支持：符合条件的获奖项目，可推荐享受市区相关项目政策支持。经尽职调查，择优推荐获奖项目列入“镇海区创业创新项目”建议扶持名单和镇海区“种子工程”项目库，给予最高1000万元项目资助，最高300万元产基直投，以及贷款贴息、创业保险等支持；对特别优秀的项目，推荐纳入镇海区向宁波市申报的“甬江人才工程”重点扶持名单。
金融与平台服务：获奖项目可申请甬江科创区金融机构提供的科创贷款等科技金融服务；落地项目若符合国家石墨烯创新中心技术路线及产业化方向，可共享创新中心中试平台、检测平台等公共技术服务资源，并可获得最高1000万元的场地、设备等落地支持。

The 2nd Global Technology Innovation Competition - Graphene Session 2026“Graphene Futures”China (Ningbo) Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition.
EVENT GUIDE
Ⅰ.ELIGIBILITY
This competition aims to advance the construction of the Ningbo (Zhenhai) Graphene Future Industry Pilot Zone, and facilitate the growth of Ningbo's “361” industrial clusters. The competition seeks to discover and foster entrepreneurial teams and innovative individual projects with strong potential in critical segments of graphene industrial chain worldwidely.
Ⅱ.REQUIREMENTS
Participants: The competition is open to universities, research institutes, undergraduate/master's/doctoral teams, returnee startup enterprises (or teams), and other innovative individuals or high-tech enterprises (teams) from across China and beyond, provided that they have the intention to establish operations in Zhenhai, Ningbo.
Group Classification:
Entrepreneurship Group: Requires the establishment of a registered company. Participants must hold a master's degree or above, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be aged 50 or below.
Innovation Group: For individuals and teams that have not yet completed business registration. The team leader must hold a doctoral degree, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be aged 55 or below. Projects must demonstrate high technological innovation and strong industrialization potential, with independent intellectual property rights.
General Criteria: Submitted projects must comply with national laws, regulations, and industrial policies, operate with integrity, maintain a good social reputation, and have no adverse records or intellectual property disputes. Projects should exhibit technological innovation, a sound and reasonable business model, and promising prospects for industrialization and market commercialization.
Ⅲ.COMPETITION TRACKS
Centered on graphene and frontier carbon materials, the competition adopts a "1+5" core track framework, comprising one fundamental area and five application-oriented fields:
Fundamental Area: Preparation of graphene and advanced carbon materials.
Application Scenarios: new energy, electronics and information, biomedicine and health, low-altitude economy, and embodied intelligence.

Ⅴ.COMPETITION PRIZES AND SUBSIDIES
1.Cash Prizes
First Prize (1 winner): RMB 100,000
Second Prize (2 winners): RMB 50,000 each
Third Prize (3 winners): RMB 10,000 each
Excellence Awards: multiple recipients (prize payment details to be confirmed)
2.Support Packages
Policy Incentives: Qualifying winners may be recommended for district and municipal talent support programs. After due diligence, top projects will be shortlisted for the "Zhenhai Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project" and Zhenhai's "Seed Project," offering up to RMB 10 million in project funding, up to RMB 3 million in direct equity investment, plus interest discounts, and startup insurance. Extraordinary projects may be nominated for Ningbo's "Yongjiang Talent Program" .
Financial & Platform Support: Winners can apply for fintech loans through Yongjiang Sci-Tech Zone financial institutions. Locally established projects that align with the National Graphene Innovation Center's technology roadmap may access shared pilot and testing platforms, and receive up to RMB 10 million in site and equipment support.
